The San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chief are just days away from battling in Allegiant stadium. In history, it will be the eighth trip for the 49ers to battle in the game. While for the League’s current dynasty, Kansas City Chief, this Sunday Feb 11, will be their sixth appearance. Both once squared-off four years ago with the Chief rallied past the 49ers for 31-20.
“We are just really grateful for the opportunity to be back here and chase what we’ve been searching for on our journey. We set out this year to win the Lombardi trophy,” said Fred Warner, 49ers Linebacker at the game opening night broadcasted by NFL on the youtube channel.
The Kansas City Chief led by Patrick Mahomes has made the 4th time performance in the last 5 years of a Super Bowl game. “It’s a dream come true, being in the Super Bowl. I appreciate it, I couldn’t have envisioned being in my fourth one. It’s a great experience every time,” said Patrick.
For those who couldn’t care less about the game, the performance of R&B superstar Usher at the halftime show of Super Bowl 2024 will be jaw-dropping.
Super Bowl is the annual championship game of the National Football League (NFL), played between the champions of the National Football Conference (NFC) and the American Football Conference (AFC). The game was created in 1966.
