January 1 ,2026
Passport To Broadway, New York

NEW YORK. For those who want to learn Broadway whether you’re based in the U.S. or anywhere in the world, the Passport to Broadway Education returns with a high-level musical theatre program in the heart of the Broadway Theatre area in New York City. The program is designed for serious performers seeking real-world training, this 10-day intensive offers a rare opportunity to experience Broadway the way professionals do.

The program places students directly into a demanding, fast-paced rehearsal process led by accomplished Broadway directors, choreographers, musical directors, and guest artists. Participants don’t just train, they are trained and rehearsed by professional Broadway educators.

Throughout the 10 days, students will work on a unique show featuring 30–40 Broadway numbers, specially arranged and connected through an original book, score, and script. This structure mirrors an authentic Broadway rehearsal period, allowing students to develop the discipline, adaptability, and collaboration skills required in the professional theatre industry.

Created for both domestic and international students, the program offers valuable insight into a real Broadway musical theatre career. Beyond technique, participants gain confidence, strengthen their personal artistic voice, and build meaningful connections with working Broadway professionals.

Training focuses on the essential triple-threat skills acting, singing, and dance taught through daily, hands-on mentoring. The intensive culminates in a live Showcase Performance presented for invited Broadway VIPs and guests, offering students a powerful performance experience in a professional setting.

This workshop has been uniquely created and designed exclusively for this one time experience in New York City, and will be led by top tier Broadway faculty; Artistic Director Amy Weinstein, Choreographer and Director of Theater Film and Television at San Diego State University Stephen Brotebeck and Composer Arranger and Musical Director Seth Weinstein, teaching a uniquely customized script that includes 30 to 40 Broadway show numbers arranged together with an original book.

The workshop will also include special visits by Broadway Performers that the company have worked with year round to teach material from current Broadway shows they may be starring in or have starred in previously. The workshop will run like a true rehearsal process and culminate in a showcase for top and selected invited Broadway Professionals who will share feedback and support each student's performance. The opportunity to network with the pros of Broadway, see Broadway shows on your own and be in the heart of the theater district is truly a once in a lifetime experience.

The 10-day Broadway intensive will take place in New York City at Pearl Studios NYC from July 31 to August 9, 2026, with tuition priced at $3,300 USD (A 10% Early Bird Tuition Discount is available for those who apply and are accepted before March 1 , 2026), and includes a 9-hour-per-day workshop with a lunch break, a final showcase performance, and all professional workshop materials such as personalized vocal tracks, scripts, and scores; housing, meals, and transportation are not included. The Workshop is for 18 years of age and older.
